The Alchemy of Woman began with two women who have a passion to see other women empower themselves.
Jude Downes and Sue Williams created The Alchemy of Woman based on the idea that women need connection with like minded women, while undertaking a personal journey away from the outside world, in order

to discover their innate wisdom.

The Alchemy of Woman retreats are located in the most stunning and peaceful settings, so that guests enjoy enriching and memorable experiences that will change their concept of daily life

into moments of deep connection and appreciation.
